Your Role:

As a member of the Broadwick Soho team, you will champion the concept of a remarkable hotel that embraces the essence of Soho, ensuring our guests feel as comfortable as we do through our principles of independence, inclusivity, generosity, and excellence.

You will assist the housekeeping leadership in all aspects to guarantee consistency and excellence in cleanliness, product presentation, and customer care in all guest rooms and public areas, fostering a warm, welcoming, and comfortable atmosphere for our guests.

We value flexibility and multi-tasking; therefore, you may be required to perform various tasks to meet the needs of our guests and team. You will collaborate with a talented team across the hotel to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience.

What We Require from You:

  • Experience in a luxury/lifestyle restaurant or bar, or within a 5-star luxury hotel environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Your unique personality, charisma, and positive energy
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with guests, colleagues, and senior leadership
  • Able to work 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
