Housekeeping Supervisor at COMO Metropolitan London

We are in search of a committed Housekeeping Supervisor to uphold the cleanliness and quality of our guest accommodations. As an essential member of our Housekeeping division, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Housekeeping management to oversee departmental operations
  • Inspect guest accommodations to ensure cleanliness standards are met
  • Guide and mentor Room Attendants
  • Conduct training sessions and ensure compliance with hotel policies
  • Manage inventory and report any discrepancies
  • Address additional cleaning or maintenance requirements

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a 4 or 5-star establishment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team-oriented with adaptability and dependability
  • Proficient in IT with knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
