Your Role:

As a member of the Broadwick Soho team, you will play a crucial role in promoting our vision of a remarkable hotel that captures the essence of Soho. Your efforts will ensure that our guests feel as comfortable and welcomed as we do.

You will assist the housekeeping leadership in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer care in all guest rooms and public areas, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere.

We value flexibility and encourage multi-skilling; therefore, you may be asked to perform various tasks to meet the needs of our guests and team. Collaboration with a talented team across the hotel is essential to deliver a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.

What We Expect From You:

  • Experience in a luxury or lifestyle restaurant, bar, or a five-star hotel environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
  • A keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for providing outstanding service.
  • Your unique personality, charisma, and positive energy.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with guests, colleagues, and senior management.
  • Able to commit to a 40-hour work week, including evenings and weekends.
