Your Role:

As a member of the Broadwick Soho team, you will help uphold our vision of being a remarkable hotel that captures the spirit of Soho. Your role will involve ensuring our guests feel as comfortable as we do, through our core values of independence, generosity, and excellence.

You will assist the housekeeping leadership in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, product presentation, and customer care in all guest rooms and public areas, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests.

We value flexibility and multi-tasking, and you may be required to undertake various tasks to meet the needs of our guests and team. Collaboration with a talented team across the hotel is essential to delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.

What We Expect From You:

  • Experience in a luxury or lifestyle restaurant/bar or a 5-star hotel
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Your unique personality, charisma, and positive energy
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with guests, colleagues, and senior leadership
  • Able to work 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
