- Participate in team meetings and activities to foster a supportive team environment.
- Identify and report bugs or product enhancements to the development team.
- Contribute to cross-team knowledge sharing and coaching of new hires.
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-focused environment within the technology sector.
- Experience using communication/CRM platforms and remote support tools.
- Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing systems.
- Technology savvy with a desire to continue learning new technology.
- Experience in call handling, issue resolution, and coaching users.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive approach with good time management and autonomy.
- Experience working in a motivating team environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Familiarity with languages such as HTML/CSS.
- Passion for sports and sports technology.
