About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team and contribute to the success of our store. Our pharmacy dispenses over 14,900 items to the local community each month, and we take a holistic approach to healthy living.
As a Pharmacy Manager at Morrisons, you will have the opportunity to lead and shape your service, putting it at the heart of the store. You will be responsible for:
- Emphasizing clinical governance and investing time in training your colleagues
- Developing pharmacy sales, services, and profitability in a cost-effective and safe manner, adhering to legal, ethical, and company requirements
- Managing the department and individual staff competence, as well as a high-performing pharmacy team, developing, implementing, and sharing best practice
- Focusing on day-to-day business and medium-term operations, regularly auditing staff, services, systems, records, and standards
About You
We are looking for a Pharmacy Manager with a true desire to help others and lead the team. You will possess a pharmacy degree, hold membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), and demonstrate excellent team management and communication skills. Pharmacists working for Morrisons will have to complete a DBS check prior to commencement of employment.
Morrisons Pharmacies offer colleagues a high level of working flexibility and control over their work rotas, enabling routine overlap periods with other pharmacists on duty for consistency of patient care and colleague development.
