Job Title: Shop Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shop Manager to join our team at our Cleveleys Poundbakery shop. As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day shop operations, driving sales growth, delivering outstanding customer service, training and developing your team, and ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage shop operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales growth strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Train, develop, and motivate your team to achieve their full potential.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in retail shop management.
  • Strong work ethic and hands-on approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
