Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Regional Operations Leader

We are pleased to announce a remarkable opportunity for a Senior Regional Operations Leader to join our dynamic team overseeing operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly report to the Operations Director, taking charge of the operational, financial, compliance, and growth performance within designated geographical areas.
  • Collaborate closely with Contract Managers and Operational teams to ensure seamless integration between strategic objectives and operational execution at a regional level.
  • Assume full responsibility for revenue, cost, and margin performance across all relevant contracts.
  • Work in partnership with contract managers to establish achievable financial targets on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Foster and nurture positive relationships with senior stakeholders across the region to safeguard existing contracts during re-tendering processes.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of local tender pipelines and collaborate with the Business Development team to cultivate strong client relationships ahead of any tender activities.
  • Support Contract Managers in delivering effective day-to-day services while balancing contractual KPIs with the realities of the operational environment.
  • Focus on medium-term outcomes to proactively identify and mitigate potential challenges before they affect service delivery.
  • Take full accountability for the safety, performance, and development of your regional team.
  • Drive quality and regulatory compliance across the region, ensuring it remains a priority in operational practices.
  • Collaborate with the Quality and Compliance team to evaluate regional quality and governance performance, effectively managing identified risks.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of five years' experience in a management role with a proven track record of driving business improvements.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on KPIs and target achievement.
  • Experience in developing successful short and long-term strategies.
  • Proficient in managing and influencing staff, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in handling Employee Relations matters.
  • Highly organized with a history of meeting deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a similar sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
