About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team at SENIOR SPIRIT OF ROSELLE PARK. As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering our HR consultancy services and training to our member companies and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Consultancy and Training: Develop and deliver HR consultancy and training services to our member companies and external clients, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify the HR needs of our clients, and design and deliver tailored HR consultancy interventions and training programs.
  • Quality Improvement: Continuously improve the quality of our HR consultancy services and products, ensuring that we stay ahead of the curve in terms of best practices and industry trends.
About You
  • Proven Experience: You will have a proven track record of experience in three or more areas: strategic HR, change management, learning strategy, day-to-day HR practices, HR training development and delivery.
  • Broad Understanding: You will have a broad understanding of organisational culture change and performance management, and be able to apply this knowledge to drive business results.
  • Senior HR Professional: You will have experience as a senior HR professional or internal consultant in a commercial business environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing businesses today.
  • Review of HR Policies: You will have experience in reviewing HR policies, contracts, and handbooks, and be able to provide expert advice on best practices.
  • Training Cycle: You will have a thorough understanding of the training cycle (TNA, design, delivery, validation, and evaluation), and be able to apply this knowledge to drive business results.
  • HR Best Practices: You will have knowledge of the latest HR management and training best practices, and be able to apply this knowledge to drive business results.

  • Autonomy and Ambiguity: You will be able to work autonomously and handle process ambiguity, with a strong ability to think critically and solve problems.
  • Business Relationships: You will be skilled in building business relationships and self-marketing, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Commercial Focus: You will have a commercial and customer focus, with a strong ability to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Full Driving License: You will hold a full, clean driving license, as the role requires regional travel and occasional travel within England and Wales.
