Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team at Travelex. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and delivering an employee-centric service to our colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and appeal procedures.
  • Work closely with the HR Business Partner to deliver project-based outcomes and support the delivery of the Strategic HR Plan.
  • Manage high-risk cases, including long-term ill health and absence issues, and handle employee relations queries.
  • Coach and develop the HR Coordinator, providing guidance and support on HR administrative tasks.
  • Support the HR Business Partner with data packs, including attrition, new hire retention, and survey feedback.
  • Identify improvements to ER HR Policy and documentation, recommending updates as required.
Requirements
  • Strong HR Generalist knowledge and experience in employee relations.
  • Pragmatic and creative approach to HR, with a desire to provide development and coaching support to the HR Coordinator.
  • Solid Microsoft skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as HRIS skills.
