We are recruiting a Senior HR Advisor for a 12 month fixed term contract Maternity cover to provide generalist HR support to colleagues and people managers, on a wide variety of HR and Employee Relations matters in accordance with current legislation and best practice and in a way that builds management capability.

You will be relied upon to provide a proactive, high quality and people-centred human resources service, across the full employment life cycle. Act as a HR generalist in the provision of advice and guidance on HR policies, processes, and terms and conditions of employment and legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and support managers in the application of HR practices, policies and processes.
  • Maintenance of process guides and HR content across our communication channels to ensure information for colleagues and people managers is accessible and up to date.
  • Support the HR leadership team with the administration of confidential hires, such as employment contracts and letter drafting.
  • Oversee the HR processing undertaken offshore to provide excellent customer service to CtM and escalation to the HR Operations Manager when required.
  • Contribute to the agile processes to ensure a high standard of delivery and support the self-service agenda.
  • Active management of the Visa process, working with the 3rd party provider in respect of Visa applications.
