We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to become a part of our Site Management team at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust in a permanent capacity. This role is crucial, providing on-site leadership across various shifts to ensure effective site management around the clock.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in senior clinical leadership and operational oversight, either as a registered nurse or a registered allied health professional. Key Responsibilities
The Site Operations Senior Leader will play a pivotal role in providing Trust-wide leadership and accountability for the safe management of patient flow and capacity. The successful candidate will work diligently to ensure a secure and seamless patient experience, enabling the Trust to achieve its strategic and operational goals.
This role is highly visible, with daily operational responsibilities for the effective management of all aspects of capacity and site operations, ensuring compliance with local and national standards. Occasionally, you may be required to represent the Trust on matters related to the implementation of mental health legislation to ensure safe care and outcomes for this patient demographic.

Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist the Head of Site Operations and the Site Senior Lead in achieving strategic and operational objectives. A critical aspect of this role involves supporting the site and staff in meeting relevant access standards. The post holder will provide support to all staff working outside of regular hours to ensure the safe and effective utilization of resources for quality patient care.
This position operates autonomously, with the backing of on-call senior managers and directors to ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues, thereby maintaining acute services.
