Agile Process is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join its specialist audit quality review team. As a Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality audits by providing targeted reviews, coaching, and support to audit teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform targeted reviews of public interest entities to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and support to address these areas.
  • Conduct 'live' reviews of audits at every stage, from planning to completion and reporting, to identify ways to improve audit quality.
  • Proactively discuss audit quality matters with teams and help develop strategies to deliver high-quality audits.
  • Challenge the execution of audit procedures and documentation of audit work performed.
  • Support and coach teams to implement identified improvements in audit quality.
  • Contribute to the development of training and guidance on performing high-quality audits.
  • Provide clear and practical solutions to ad hoc audit quality queries.

Requirements:

  • Excellent practical and technical auditing experience, particularly on complex audits.
  • Ability to think innovatively and creatively to identify ways to improve audit quality.
  • Experience of performing audit quality reviews (pre or post audit opinion).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to create productive relationships across the firm and network.
  • Highly motivated and passionate about audit quality, with a desire to seek new ways to drive improvements.
