Audit Quality Senior Manager

At Quality Enterprises USA, we are committed to delivering exceptional audit quality services to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Quality Senior Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform "hot reviews" of audits to ensure high-quality standards are met
  • Develop and implement audit quality initiatives to drive improvement
  • Collaborate with audit teams and engagement quality review partners to identify areas for improvement
  • Support and coach teams to implement identified improvements in audit quality
  • Identify issues and matters where firm-wide action may be required

Requirements:

  • Professional accountancy qualification (ACA, CA or ACCA)
  • Experience in audit, audit quality control and/or audit inspection
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS and/or UK GAAP
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to evaluate complex information
  • Highly motivated and passionate about audit quality
  • Ability to work flexibly as part of a close-knit team and as a self-directed individual
