Your Role

We are looking for a Systems Support Specialist to enhance our dynamic team. Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, you will oversee our Accounts Payable software, Yooz, and Fund Management software, eFront Invest. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Administering systems and providing first-line support to users.
  • Effectively troubleshooting issues and managing system configurations.
  • Leading the updates and maintenance of systems to uphold high data quality standards.
  • Assisting the Business Systems Analyst in implementing Yooz for external partners.
  • Delivering comprehensive training sessions for users.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements for greater efficiency.
  • Collaborating with various teams, including system vendors and asset management teams.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in system administration, particularly in financial services.
  • Involvement in the implementation of financial systems.
  • A solid understanding of financial services and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft365 applications, including SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Power Apps, and Visio.
  • Strong training skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working closely with third-party suppliers.
  • A passion for the energy sector and a commitment to the energy transition.
  • Attention to detail and a strong desire to learn new systems.
  • Strong numerical and organizational skills.
