ROLE OVERVIEW


In the position of Property Conveyancing Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate effective communication and coordination in conveyancing matters throughout the organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all conveyancing processes are executed smoothly and efficiently, liaising with internal teams, clients, and legal representatives.

Your duties will include generating conveyancing quotes, making necessary updates to solicitors regarding lender or property modifications, and serving as a point of contact for inquiries from our advisers and case managers. Your professional communication skills will be essential in promoting best practices and resolving issues effectively.

REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

As an entity regulated by the FCA, London & Country Mortgages adheres to the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SM&CR). This role is subject to the FCA Conduct Rules, which include:

CANDIDATE PROFILE


We are seeking individuals who possess a solid understanding of conveyancing processes and have a proactive, organized approach to their work. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and independently.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing confidential information and a proven track record of delivering high-quality service. A minimum of 6 GCSEs or equivalent, including at least a C in Maths and English, is required.
