At London & Country Mortgages, we're seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our conveyancing operations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of conveyancing matters across the business.
The Role
As a Conveyancing Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing guidance and support to internal colleagues, customers, and solicitors on conveyancing matters.
- Coordinating between teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of conveyancing transactions.
- Producing conveyancing quotes, making amendments, and updating solicitors on lender or property changes.
- Serving as a point of contact for queries and issues from our advisers and case managers, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Conveyancing knowledge and experience, with a strong understanding of the mortgage industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and solicitors.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
