We are seeking a highly motivated Property Coordinator to join our team at Allen and Harris. As a Property Coordinator, you will provide property management and tenancy administration support services to our branches, landlords, and tenants.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange all required safety inspections and certification in line with current legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure routine and additional property visits and checks are carried out in the required time frame to maintain high standards of property management.
- Liaise with contractors and outsourcing resources to ensure repair and maintenance works are carried out to a satisfactory standard and timescale, and in line with guarantees and warranties.
- Where possible and financially viable for the client, claim for repair and maintenance work under insurance policies.
- Establish liability for work between landlords and tenants.
- Ensure that relevant payments are instructed promptly and properly regarding contractors, deposits, and landlord bills.
- Outstanding customer service skills to provide exceptional support to our clients and stakeholders.
- Solid administration skills to manage property-related tasks and documentation.
- Resilient, positive, numerate, and detail-oriented to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
- IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
