Void Property Coordinator

At Management Companies (Ventures), we're dedicated to delivering exceptional property management services. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for proactively managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that client, company, and statutory requirements are always met. This will involve monitoring properties closely, reviewing strategies, and making recommendations as needed. You'll also be responsible for coordinating and scheduling repair works, from receipt of keys to handover, for empty properties (void properties). Additionally, you'll be responsible for arranging and obtaining feedback from viewings, reviewing and discussing with landlords, and maintaining contact with tenants until completion.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of properties to ensure client, company, and statutory requirements are met
- Monitor properties closely and review strategies to ensure optimal performance
- Coordinate and schedule repair works for empty properties (void properties)
- Arrange and obtain feedback from viewings, review and discuss with landlords, and maintain contact with tenants until completion
- Liaise with other staff, raise and process associated paperwork, and update systems accurately to reflect true performance
About You
We're looking for someone with a high level of customer focus, who is able to work effectively in a variety of situations. You'll need to be able to think ahead, spot opportunities, and take appropriate action. Previous customer service experience, good communication skills, and basic IT skills are essential. You'll be a skilled communicator, able to liaise with individuals at all levels, while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
