Void Property Coordinator

At Management Companies (Ventures), we're dedicated to delivering exceptional property management services. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for proactively managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that client, company, and statutory requirements are always met. This will involve monitoring properties closely, reviewing strategies, and making recommendations as needed. You'll also be responsible for coordinating and scheduling repair works, from receipt of keys to handover, for empty properties (void properties). Additionally, you'll be responsible for arranging and obtaining feedback from viewings, reviewing and discussing with landlords, and maintaining contact with tenants until completion.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring client, company, and statutory requirements are met
- Monitor properties closely, review strategies, and make recommendations as needed
- Coordinate and schedule repair works for empty properties (void properties)
- Arrange and obtain feedback from viewings, review and discuss with landlords, and maintain contact with tenants until completion
- Liaise with other staff, raise and process associated paperwork, and update systems accurately to reflect true performance
About You
We're looking for someone with a high level of customer focus, who can work to address and exceed customer needs with regard to the delivery of an efficient voids service. You'll need to be able to adapt to and work effectively within a variety of situations, as the workload can be varied with multiple properties at different stages of completion. Ideally, you should be able to evidence upon application where you have demonstrated the ability to think ahead, spot opportunities, and take appropriate action.
