About the Role

You'll be responsible for proactively managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that client, company, and statutory requirements are always met. This will involve monitoring properties closely, reviewing strategies, and making recommendations as needed. You'll also coordinate and schedule repair works, arrange viewings, and maintain contact with tenants until completion.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of properties to ensure client, company, and statutory requirements are met
  • Monitor properties closely and review strategies to improve performance
  • Coordinate and schedule repair works, including arranging viewings and maintaining contact with tenants
  • Liaise with other staff and raise and process associated paperwork
  • Update systems accurately to reflect true performance

About You

We're looking for someone with a high level of customer focus, who can work effectively in a variety of situations. You'll need to be able to think ahead, spot opportunities, and take appropriate action. Previous customer service experience, good communication skills, and basic IT skills are essential. You'll be a skilled communicator who can liaise with individuals at all levels, while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
