Void Portfolio Coordinator

At Management Companies (Ventures), we're dedicated to creating inclusive and thriving communities for our customers and employees. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering an efficient voids service.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for proactively managing a portfolio of properties to be marketed for let, ensuring that client, company, and statutory requirements are always met. This will involve monitoring properties closely, reviewing strategies, and making recommendations when needed, while updating the system accordingly.
You will coordinate and schedule repair works from receipt of keys to handing back to ready to let for empty properties. You will be responsible for arranging and obtaining feedback from viewings to review and discuss with landlords, maintaining contact with tenants until completion.
You will liaise with other staff, raise and process all associated paperwork, and update systems accurately to reflect true performance.
Requirements
You must possess a high level of customer focus, always working to address and exceed customer needs. The workload can be varied, with multiple properties at different stages of completion, so you will be willing to adapt to and work effectively within a variety of situations as required.
Previous customer service experience, good communication skills, and basic IT skills are essential. You'll consider yourself a skilled communicator able to liaise with individuals at all levels, while managing a number of tasks and priorities.
