Conveyancing Support Role

Hybrid Working - Bath Office Based

At London & Country Mortgages, we're seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our conveyancing operations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of conveyancing matters across the business.

The Role

As a Conveyancing Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing guidance and support to internal colleagues, customers, and solicitors on conveyancing matters.
  • Coordinating between teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of conveyancing transactions.
  • Producing conveyancing quotes, making amendments, and updating solicitors on lender or property changes.
  • Serving as a point of contact for queries and issues from our advisers and case managers, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Conveyancing knowledge and experience, with a strong understanding of the mortgage industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and solicitors.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to work, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
