About the Role:
Juice Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conveyancing Assistant to join their team in Bath. As a key member of the Residential Property team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of conveyancing cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files in the Document Management System, ensuring all records are compliant with professional standards.
- Conveyancing Support: Assist with the progression of conveyancing cases, including searches, report drafting, and communication with mortgage lenders.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining files.
- Client Communication: Manage client and agent enquiries professionally via face-to-face interactions, ensuring exceptional client service.
- Financial Management: Complete billing functions, prepare financial statements, and handle Land Registry submissions with accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements:
- Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills with a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance with professional standards.
