We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Conveyancer to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our property department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth processing of residential property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer Residential Conveyancing: Handle all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, new builds, and other schemes.
- Provide Expert Advice: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the law relating to residential property transactions, including leaseholds, freeholds, registered and unregistered properties.
- Manage Client Relationships: Maintain the highest level of client service to all parties, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Meet Targets: Achieve time and billing targets, while managing a varied caseload and adapting to changing demands.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work as part of a team on other client projects, sharing knowledge and expertise to deliver exceptional results.
- Proven Experience: 1+ year of experience in residential conveyancing, with a strong understanding of the law and regulations.
- Excellent Client Service Skills: Ability to provide exceptional client service, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering results.
- Strong Research and Organizational Skills: Ability to conduct thorough research, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize deadlines.
- Commitment to Continuous Professional Development: Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Competitive Salary: £50,000 DOE.
