Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Tidying resident's rooms and maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Responding to residents' needs and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting with dressing and personal care, promoting independence and dignity
  • Working collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleaguesOrganizational and methodical working, with attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate recordsGood customer service and people skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional care and supportA passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of others
