About the Role

The Partnership Development Director is a key position within Csm, responsible for executing sales and marketing strategies to create new partnerships in EMEA, primarily within the motorsport industry. This role involves initiating, driving, and securing new business relationships and contracts, with a focus on reaching into multiple industries to seek out potential business opportunities for brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to create new partnerships in EMEA
  • Initiate and drive new business relationships and contracts
  • Identify and pursue revenue-generating opportunities across various industries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Level marketing decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute partnership development initiatives
  • Develop and deliver proposals and presentations to prospective clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform partnership development strategies

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in a similar position with a proven record of success in international partnership development
  • Proven results in initiating and driving new business relationships
  • Prior agency and business development experience, including success in managing brands that utilize various marketing techniques
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated empathy, and commitment to success
  • Ability to manage expectations and prioritize tasks effectively
