About the Role
The National Literacy Trust is seeking an experienced and compelling leader to join their senior management team as the Director of Development and Partnerships. This key leadership role is at the core of a very successful and ambitious directorate, one that has seen some wonderful achievements across all income streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive fundraising strategy to drive growth and success
- Lead a team of talented and ambitious fundraisers to achieve exceptional results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, trusts, and foundations
- Collaborate with the senior management team to drive organizational growth and development
- Develop and implement effective financial planning and reporting processes
About You
You will be an experienced leader with a successful track record in building and delivering fundraising strategies. You will have exceptional communication skills, including working at board level, and an excellent understanding of financial planning and reporting. You will be a natural leader who can engage, motivate, and inspire a team to success.
