Aspire Software is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Managing Director (MD) to lead one of our dynamic Software Business Units.

This role offers the opportunity to provide critical operational leadership to a thriving company within a rapidly growing software vertical. As the leader of your Business Unit, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategic plan encompassing sales & marketing, research & development (R&D), customer service, professional services, and human resources.

Collaborating closely with the rest of the Business Unit leadership team, you will identify, define, and execute strategies to achieve ambitious growth plans and operational objectives, with a steadfast focus on enhancing operational excellence. You will hold full accountability for the success of your business unit.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for your Business Unit, encompassing all key functional areas.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of professionals across various disciplines.
  • Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Oversee financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing a B2B software company.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in managing P&L statements.
  • Deep understanding of the software industry landscape and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
