About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Developer to join our team at Business Leader. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Web Development: Lead the redevelopment and redesign of our content website, modernizing its structure and functionality while ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • Performance Optimization: Maintain and enhance website performance and scalability during and after the redesign process.
  • Front-end Development: Create beautiful, performant, and accessible front-end website designs using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and related libraries.
  • Integration: Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components of the technology stack.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the design team to enhance the overall design experience and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure the website aligns with business goals and incorporates new features and design trends.
  • Quality Assurance: Regularly consult with team members on deliverables to ensure work meets project requirements before launching.
  • Testing and Proofing: Conduct quality assurance, testing, and proofing on project deliverables.
  • Accessibility: Using progressive enhancement and mobile-first approaches to create experiences that work everywhere and for everyone.
  • API Integrations: Work on API integrations and maintain connectivity between different services and third-party platforms to optimize performance and scalability.
Requirements
  • Expertise in WordPress Development: Expertise in WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin development.
  • Front-end Development Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery to build responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Modern Front-end Frameworks: Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • UX/UI Principles: Understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to translate design concepts into functional interfaces.
  • Server-side Technologies: Strong experience with server-side technologies, including PHP, SQL, and MySQL for database management.
  • HubSpot API: Ability to leverage HubSpot API to connect with internal systems and streamline workflows.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to debug and optimize both client-side and server-side code.
