About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our growing team at Business Leader. As a key member of our technology team, you will play a crucial role in the redevelopment and redesign of our content website, modernizing its structure and functionality while ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the redevelopment and redesign of our content website, incorporating the latest design trends and best practices.
  • Maintain and enhance website performance and scalability during and after the redesign process.
  • Design and develop beautiful, performant, and accessible front-end website designs using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and related libraries.
  • Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components of the technology stack.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to enhance the overall design experience and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure the website aligns with business goals and incorporates new features and design trends.
  • Regularly consult with team members on deliverables to ensure work meets project requirements before launching.
  • Conduct quality assurance, testing, and proofing on project deliverables.
  • Implement progressive enhancement and mobile-first approaches to create experiences that work everywhere and for everyone.
  • Ensure accessibility by supporting all browsers with core content, ensuring compliance with screen readers, and adhering to WAI standards.
  • Work on API integrations and maintain connectivity between different services and third-party platforms to optimize performance and scalability.
Requirements
  • Expertise in WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin development.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery to build responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to translate design concepts into functional interfaces.
  • Familiarity with Figma to enable close collaboration with our design teams.
  • Strong experience with server-side technologies, including PHP, SQL, and MySQL for database management.
  • Ability to leverage HubSpot API to connect with internal systems and streamline workflows.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to debug and optimize both client-side and server-side code.
