**About MLS Talent**
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Guest Experience Director to join our team at MLS Talent. As a key member of our events team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage a team of events staff to deliver Guest Experience elements of each event in the region.
- Provide leadership, communication, and guidance to the team to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
**Requirements**
- Senior-level experience in managing teams and client relationships.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale international events.
- Specialized expertise in Guest Experience elements such as hospitality, F&B, fan experience, accommodation, transportation, VIP programs, guest management platforms, and communications/CRM.
- Ability to travel internationally and work in different cultures.
- Experience working on high-profile sports events, either sports agency side or rights holder side.
