About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Head Concierge to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every stay with us is truly unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to all guests to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Attend to guests' needs and help them plan their stay, including arranging activities, making reservations, and providing recommendations.
- Apply project management techniques to ensure seamless execution of guest requests and events.
- Conduct regular performance assessments of team members to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and training as needed.
- Monitor and reward team performance to drive results and achieve business objectives.
- Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues alike.
