Role Overview
As the Bar Lounge Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience within the Living Room Lounge. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Warmly welcoming guests and overseeing a diverse range of food and beverage services.
  • Upholding and enforcing all standards, policies, and procedures related to food and beverage service.
  • Prioritizing the training and development of colleagues to enhance guest satisfaction and product quality.
  • Supervising lounge staff, providing guidance to maintain high service standards during dining services.
  • Collaborating with management to implement effective training programs that foster continuous improvement.
  • Monitoring guest feedback and proactively addressing any concerns to exceed expectations.

About You
We seek candidates with previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding service.
