Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly welcome guests and oversee a diverse range of food and beverage services in the Living Room Lounge.
  • Uphold and enforce all standards, policies, and procedures regarding food and beverage service within the lounge, prioritizing colleague training and development, guest satisfaction, product quality, and financial profitability.
  • Supervise lounge colleagues, providing guidance and support to maintain exceptional service standards and ensure smooth operations during dining services.
  • Coordinate with management to implement training programs that enhance skills and knowledge in food and beverage service, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor guest feedback and proactively address any issues or concerns, striving to consistently exceed guest expectations and drive positive reviews.
About You:

We are looking for candidates with previous experience in a luxury environment within the hospitality industry. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential, with a focus on delivering outstanding levels of service.
