We are currently recruiting for an Lounge Manager to join our team at 67 Pall Mall.

This is an ideal opportunity for an Lounge Manager to joina great teamof professionals. We are looking for a truly passionate professional looking to develop their career.

The restaurant itself is a beautiful, uniquely designed space with bespoke tableware & one of the largest wine lists in the country.?

This position is paid with a starting salary of £50,000 annual which might change depending on experience.

As Lounge Manager?youwillbe responsible forliaising with the managers, floor team and senior chefs within the restaurant to ensure the smooth running of each service. As Lounge Manager you will supervise the members of the floor team to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards expected withina timelymanner.

As Lounge Manager your duties will include:

  • Build and cement relationships with the existing Members.
  • Lead by example with service standards as required in a luxury environment.
  • Ensure a truly warm and welcoming experience for all members and visitors dining in the club.
  • Possess an outstanding knowledge of all food, wines, cooking techniques and allergy requirements to ensure guests can always be advised appropriately.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the FOH service team ensuring exceptional standards are delivered and maintained.
  • Ensure the club is always presented perfectly, with a strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Assist in the ordering and control of stock items.
  • Work with food and drink suppliers
  • Assist in the management of the back of house service areas which include cleanliness, hygiene, stock control and wastage.
  • Manage and maintain a strong and effective relationship with the kitchen team and sommelier team.
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of the team
  • Plan and coordinate menus with the chef and sommelier team.
  • Respond to member complaints
  • Organise and supervise relevant team members.
  • Prepare cash drawers and provide petty cash as required.
  • Be responsible for opening and closing the building correctly and handling the cash opening and closing procedures.
  • Take active part in recruiting and others aspect of Human Resources
  • Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives.
  • Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales.
