Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lounge Manager to join our team at 67 Pall Mall. As a Lounge Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our luxurious lounge, ensuring exceptional service standards and a warm welcome for all members and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Lead by example, setting high standards for service delivery and ensuring the team is motivated and empowered to provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the smooth running of each service, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards and that members and visitors receive a truly warm and welcoming experience.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Menu Planning and Coordination: Work closely with the chef and sommelier team to plan and coordinate menus that meet the high standards of our members.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train the FOH service team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in the ordering and control of stock items, ensuring that the lounge is always well-stocked and that waste is minimized.
  • Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to member complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the training and mentoring of the team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
