About the Role

The Barback will report to the Outlet Manager and be responsible for ensuring that the Bartenders and Waiters have everything available to them at all times. This includes maintaining a well-stocked bar area, replenishing supplies, and ensuring that the lounge area is at the heart of the hotel's social scene.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve beverages, including coffees and teas
  • Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized lounge area
  • Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times
  • Collaborate with the Bartenders and Waiters to ensure seamless service

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage, as well as a good understanding of food safety and hygiene. Relevant NVQ or professional qualifications are desirable, but not essential. What sets the ideal candidate apart is their passion for the job and their ability to provide exceptional customer service.
