Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operational success of the Lounge.
  • Ensure the Lounge meets the Airline's Guest Satisfaction Indicators (GSI).
  • Analyze sales performance and profitability, collaborating with Senior Management on budgetary matters.
  • Lead and coordinate teams in Reception, Front of House, Cleaning, Maintenance, and Goods Receiving to ensure seamless Lounge operations.
  • Manage daily operations to consistently deliver exceptional service to our guests.
  • Evaluate work processes and operational challenges to identify opportunities for service enhancement, performance improvement, and safety compliance.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage supply orders, and oversee cash handling procedures.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including staff scheduling and performance evaluations in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Facilitate staff training programs, resolve personnel issues, recruit new team members, and support employee development.
  • Prepare various operational reports and participate in special projects as needed.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to licensing regulations and other legal obligations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to ensure efficient food and beverage operations.
  • Conduct regular team briefings and performance assessments.

Qualifications / Key Skills:

  • Demonstrated management experience in the hospitality sector.
  • Ability to remain calm, efficient, and organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and personal presentation skills.
  • A strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
  • Proficient in listening and responding to the needs of guests and colleagues.
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
  • Accountable, resilient, and able to thrive under pressure.
  • Flexible in adapting to various work situations.
  • Knowledgeable about health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
  • A Criminal Record Check will be necessary.
  • A background check covering the last five years is required for airport employment.
