Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational success of the Lounge.
- Ensure the Lounge meets the Airline's Guest Satisfaction Indicators (GSI).
- Analyze sales performance and profitability, collaborating with Senior Management on budgetary matters.
- Lead and coordinate teams in Reception, Front of House, Cleaning, Maintenance, and Goods Receiving to ensure seamless Lounge operations.
- Manage daily operations to consistently deliver exceptional service to our guests.
- Evaluate work processes and operational challenges to identify opportunities for service enhancement, performance improvement, and safety compliance.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supply orders, and oversee cash handling procedures.
- Handle administrative tasks, including staff scheduling and performance evaluations in accordance with company guidelines.
- Facilitate staff training programs, resolve personnel issues, recruit new team members, and support employee development.
- Prepare various operational reports and participate in special projects as needed.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to licensing regulations and other legal obligations.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to ensure efficient food and beverage operations.
- Conduct regular team briefings and performance assessments.
Qualifications / Key Skills:
- Demonstrated management experience in the hospitality sector.
- Ability to remain calm, efficient, and organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and personal presentation skills.
- A strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
- Proficient in listening and responding to the needs of guests and colleagues.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Accountable, resilient, and able to thrive under pressure.
- Flexible in adapting to various work situations.
- Knowledgeable about health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
Eligibility Requirements:
- All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
- A Criminal Record Check will be necessary.
- A background check covering the last five years is required for airport employment.
