Job Title: Food and Beverage Team Member

Job Summary:

The Other House is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences to our residents, members, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a warm and welcoming experience for all guests
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu and beverage offerings
  • Upsell and promote our food and beverage services to increase revenue
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a busy restaurant or bar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
