Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our residents and guests, while also contributing to the success of our food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to residents and guests in our restaurants, bars, and other food and beverage outlets
  • Work collaboratively with our culinary team to deliver high-quality food and beverage experiences
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu offerings and be able to make recommendations to residents and guests
  • Ensure that all food and beverage service areas are clean and well-maintained
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new food and beverage concepts and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage service role, preferably in a hospitality or hotel environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and to multitask
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
