About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the South East of England. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the residential market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a customer list across London and the South East of England and create a business plan to identify and target growth opportunities.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers at all levels of the customer hierarchy to provide support and develop awareness of our products and services.
  • Sell and influence the sale of products and services within margin guidelines and maximise sales of all products across different applications to ensure the highest margin opportunity can be achieved.
  • Identify, record, monitor and convert project opportunities within the marketplace to maintain and improve market share.
  • Identify market and competitor information and feed it back to the business to ensure market requirements and competitor developments are incorporated into marketing and product plans.
Requirements
  • A sales professional with a passion for the floor covering sector and its products and trends.
  • Experience within the Floorcoverings sector or other Interiors products, KBB, Ceramic Tiles.
  • An impressive track record of driving sales via a consultative-selling approach.
  • Experience of working on project-based work with long lead times.
  • Strong organisation skills and experience of working with CRM or similar systems.
  • A strong work ethic and a passion for exploring new opportunities to build business with customers.
