**Job Title:** Chef de Rang

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Rang to join our team at Bvlgari Hotel London. As a key member of our luxury restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient service of food and beverage in assigned sections. Your passion for service excellence and attention to detail will be essential in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Supervise Commis de Rang assigned to their section, providing guidance and support as needed
* Maximize sales through effective use of selling techniques
* Maintain a high level of knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including menu items and wine list
* Ensure a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience in a luxury service environment, preferably in a 5-star hotel or restaurant
* Excellent understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry, including food safety and hygiene practices
* Impeccable presentation and customer service skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
