Food and Beverage Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Crowne Plaza London Kings Cross is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of food and beverage staff to deliver high-quality service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and revenue growth in the food and beverage department.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs to achieve budget targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a food and beverage supervisory role in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and train a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices and procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
