The Other House is a new lifestyle brand of Residents Clubs redefining the hospitality market. Effortlessly combining home comforts and apartment-style living with hotel services, residents can stay for a day or a year - think hotel meets private members club. It is cool, intriguing, bold and committed to sustainability - rather like our residents - and with everything available on The Other House app, it is their other house for as long as they are in town.

Launched in 2019, The Other House is a joint venture partnership between London Central Portfolio (LCP), leading real estate investment advisory in Prime Central London and APG, the largest pension provider in the Netherlands.

Role: Waiter (F&B Team Member for Bar and Restaurant)

Remuneration: £13.15* per hour (inclusive of service charge bonus, with additional service charge available based on levels of business)

*Increase after probabtion to £13.90 (inclusive of TRONC)

Working hours: Full Time positionsavailable 30hr minimum contract avalliable

Must be flexible to work Evenings

The Other House is looking for a dynamic and energetic waiter, who has a passion for delivering exceptional, outside the box, food & beverage experiences across several outlets, serving a mix of residents, members and guests. This individual needs to have a strong desire for creating memorable moments through personalised guest service and a passion for restaurant operations. We are looking for an individual who effectively will deliver entrepreneurial food and beverage service with a strong focus on sustainability and cutting-edge technology. For us, there is inside the box, there is outside the box and then there are our Other House Mates passionate, self-driven and completely comfortable with pushing the boundaries.

About you- We are looking for individuals who:

  • Challenge the status quo with an instinct for delivering the ultimate experience, especially when under pressure
  • Have a good employment history & experience in restaurant and bar environment
  • Experience working in cocktail bar environments
  • Entertain & engages with guests whilst serving drinks
  • Keen interest in hospitality and good food and drink product knowledge
  • Good communication skills & very good level of English.
  • Passionate and hard-working, with a desire to make The Other House team proud
  • Combine honesty, integrity, reliability and a positive attitude
  • Find solutions to and overcomes challenging situations in The Other House manner
  • Experience with a POS system
  • Approachable, and has an eye for attention to detail
  • Desire to grow with us
