Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant, directing them to their tables and providing menus.
- Book reservations and maintain accurate records of reservations and table allocations.
- Assist with the preparation of the dining area, including setting tables and ensuring the restaurant is clean and tidy.
- Take orders and deliver food to guests, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is enjoyable.
- Assist the chefs in the kitchen, sourcing ingredients and preparing food as required.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, including clearing tables and restocking supplies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, days, and evenings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues.
- Good level of English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
