Role: Waiter (F&B Team Member for the bar and restaurant)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our F&B team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences across our various outlets, serving a mix of residents, members, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized guest service and create memorable moments through exceptional food and beverage experiences.
  • Work collaboratively with our culinary team to deliver entrepreneurial food and beverage service with a strong focus on sustainability and cutting-edge technology.
  • Ensure seamless service delivery, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Engage with residents and guests, sharing your knowledge and passion for food and drink.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £13.90 (inclusive of service charge bonus, with additional service charge available based on levels of business).
  • Part-time and full-time positions available, with a flexible schedule of up to 5 days per week.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience working in a busy Restaurant/Bar environment (preferred).
  • Experience in lifestyle hotels, high street restaurants, or other types of leisure or events facilities an advantage.
  • Comfortable with the use of technology in your role and making the most of our learning and development platforms.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent language and communication skills, with a passion for sharing knowledge and engaging with residents and guests.
  • Exemplary employment history, with references to back it up.
  • A love for hospitality and a desire to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences.
