We are looking for afull time Restaurant Supervisor. This position reportsdirectly to the Restaurant Manager and F&B Manager.

Working pattern:shift work / 40 hours per week across 5 days with 2 days off

Salary: Up to £34000 per annum including service charge

We are looking for someone with previous experience as restaurant supervisor with an outgoing and confident personality. Someone who excels at selling a high quality, luxury product with good knowledge of F&B Operations and has a collaborative approach to leading a team.

As a Restaurant Supervisor you will:

  • work together with the restaurant team to ensure highest service standards and guest experience.
  • to motivate, train and encourage all team members to deliver RCH standards.
  • work closely with departmental managers and keep them informed.
  • host guests at the restaurant and look after their dining experience.
