We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Sexy Fish. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Service Team: Supervise and train a team of servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses to ensure that they are providing excellent service to our guests.
- Manage the Dining Room: Oversee the dining room operations, including seating, table management, and guest flow.
- Handle Cash and Credit Transactions: Process cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Monitor and manage inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies, to ensure that we are always stocked and ready to serve.
- Collaborate with the Management Team: Work closely with the management team to achieve sales goals, manage labor costs, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure a Safe and Healthy Environment: Maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff, including adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Strong Numerical Skills: Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, with experience handling cash transactions.
- Flexibility: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Passion for Food and Wine: A passion for food and wine is a plus.
