We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bar Lounge Waiter/ess to join our team at Park Hyatt London River Thames. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests in a luxurious and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet all bar guests warmly to ensure a hospitable atmosphere
  • Craft memorable experiences for guests while delivering prompt and professional service
  • Familiarize yourself with all bar menus and special offers, maintaining efficient communication
  • Adhere to departmental standard operating procedures to uphold service levels
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience working in a similar role in a luxury environment. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.
